Writing copy doesn’t have to be difficult. This is why I’ve curated these simple copywriting tips to make some adjustments to your copy.
When you write any website copy and it doesn’t perform the way you wish, it’s not your fault.

That’s why I’ve tried to make it as simple as possible for you.
This list is not exhaustive but it’s a start.
1. Use simple language
Ensure your copy is written so that a 10-year-old can read it and understand what it’s saying.
No need to use big words.
You’re not trying to impress anyone.
In fact, using big words will only alienate your reader. And you’ll lose the sale.
So, use easy-to-read words and phrases.
2. Be more specific
Specificity makes your copy believable.
I don’t know why, but it works.
Copywriters and advertisers have been using this tactic for decades and it has been shown to boost conversion more than using round numbers.
Use $13,457.95 instead of $13,000 in your website copy, especially the headlines.
3. It’s about the edit
Understand this, your first draft will suck.
Nobody’s first draft is as good as they want it.
That’s why you should edit your copy.
Strip out unnecessary words and phrases.
Let each sentence be impactful and meaningful to your reader.
4. Read it out loud
After writing your website copy, read it to yourself out loud.
Whenever you get stuck or where you stumble, rewrite that sentence or phrase.
Or better still, have someone read it out loud to you so you’ll understand it better coming from the mouth of a reader.
And get them to tell you where the copy doesn’t make sense for them.

5. Use open loops
Your copy works best when it has an element of curiosity in it.
That’s why open loops work well for your copy.
